Agreed. Always gets my back up a bit.

Like Ricky Hatton used to say - it's not tiddlywinks.

Babic was as usual, game, but got frozen by a shot (who knew that getting hit by a 240 pound bloke could do that sometimes? Oh yeah - absolutely everybody) and then he got his brain sloshed around and would have got badly hurt if the ref was an idiot and allowed it to go on.

I just can't imagine being a c.unt big enough to have a go at both fighters when the implicit risk they were both taking on the night were so evident in what was always gonna be high contact, brief, shootout.

Also. monkeys will fly out of Eddie Hearn's butt.
One of my predictions above will actually come true.
Well I haven’t heard a single word from Fisher about a rematch so it’s obvious Fisher is ducking Babic. He knows it was a lucky win and he’ll take every advantage he can from this.

I wonder what species of monkey it will be.

Now you have Hearn all over hype job Johnny Fisher’s jock strap because he sells tickets but can’t fight a lick.

The question is, did he take up boxing too late to acquire something that can't be taught - the instinctive ability to effectively use what you have been taught to come out on top when the **** hits the fan. I'm thinking Seth Mitchel here. Johnny could turn out to be a UK version of Seth.
Seth Mitchell is the perfect parallel. Mitchell was also a football player, and from what I can remember, he was well-spoken and had a good head on his shoulders. He just didn't have the punch resistance to go far. Fisher has a leg up over Mitchell in that he picked up boxing earlier. Whether that makes a dramatic difference remains to be seen. His career will be fun to follow though. MR needs to keep him active. If possible, throw him on Catterall's next card, or on the Wembley card.

I figured he would be adding valuable content or DAZN wouldn't keep bringing him back. It also would help if I lived somewhere in the UK, but 350 million Americans don't....are you listening, DAZN? Don't fire the guy (I'm not an ayy-hole) but please provide subtitles
It's not only Americans who struggle to understand Barry. I'm in the UK, but I'm English, not Welsh.

Babic was dumb to get up so fast. He could easily have continued with a little more recovery

Why do I bother doing that? Because when I can understand him, he talks a lot of sense. The guy really knows boxing. I wish he would take elocution lessons. Or maybe just make a conscious effort to slow down and stop stringing 10 words together as if they were all one long word. Babbling like that, plus his strong Welsh regional accent, makes it very difficult to follow what he's saying.

I want to give Fisher more credit but Babic stood there like he was some random dude who walked in off the street and somehow ended up in the ring all squared up and completely out of his element. It certainly looked brilliant for Fisher but I'm still thinking, "hmmmm".

And why do I want to duct tape Barry Jones's piehole so bad? I can't understand anything he says. He shows up on most of the DAZN shows. They can't find someone who speaks English? Darren Barker speaks well. Barry not so much.
