Comments Thread For: Troy Isley Puts in the Work to Turn Back Javier Martinez

Troy Isley punched the clock and put in the kind of impressive display required to keep his career moving toward something bigger, topping the too-languid Javier Martinez in a unanimous decision win Friday in Las Vegas.

Yeah , that was pathetic. They could have turned their cards in earlier in the week and taken the night off. It's not that hard to score boxing , yet every week we can count on at least one fighter being robbed by the judges. It goes to show how corrupt the business is when the judges that turn in F'd up cards are working again the next weekend. I hate those Cartduckers.

They set the record for low blows in this fight. My nuts hurt just from watching it. It was a good fight though.

Looking forward to watching Troy Isley develop he showed lots of promise in this fight, he has great instincts and good ring generalship just missing power but I think he's going to give many people hell, He can fight! I certainly can see the work paying off he's doing with Crawford, not giving you much to target and knows when to let his hands go.
