The State of NY boxing commission is comprised of Political hacks. Ryan’s A and B sample came up positive. Case closed. But, this is boxing where exchange of money under the table is normal.

If this commission gives drug cheat Garcia a pass, instead of at least a 1 year ban, bet your life someone got paid.
