In about 3 years he'll be the next Mercito Gesta . They'll get some money back from the Mejicanos and Koreans on the west, however
He'll never be a champion (unless he stumbles across A Rolly Ramirez type of guy then he'll have a 50/50 chance)..bad investmentBoricua181 likes this.

By the time they do line up a fight for him he might've been inactive for a year, and a half.
Then what is his new promoter going to do put him in against a 2nd, or 3rd rate fighter, in order to get the ring rust off?
No I don't see Brandun Lee, becoming a legitimate top 10 fighter, or a champion in the 140 pound weight division, or at 147 if he's put on weight due to his inactivity.White-Bob likes this.

Match made in heaven, Lee can't fight and McWater is a sub par manager that's good at handling 6/8 round fighters but supposedly was slapped around in negotiations with Arum

With all the belts going around. I do believe Brandon will be a World Champion. How many title defences
is another story. I have seen some of his interviews comes from comes from a solid respectful family.
I wish Brandon nothing but the best. I am wondering under what platform will catty his fights.

I have a lot of respect for his hard work, and his ability to stay out of any controversy, and legal troubles.

It's a necessary component of the sport and what makes competition possible.
I've seen a few of Lee's fights and I'll stick around for them and leave the dagwood run for less entertaining pugs.
Like you said, Boricua181, there's no reason Lee can't be a big credit to the sport even if he never rises to world-class level.
But that's yet to be determined, right?
