So he can box with him, use his quickness, potentially throw when Usyk throws. I don't think the weight loss is an issue for him.

"“The best Tyson Fury versus the best Usyk? Tyson Fury has more skills,” Bradley said. “He can switch to southpaw, box off his back foot, has a seven-inch reach advantage, has good punching power, throws great combinations, better timing and he’s taller and longer. He has more tools.”

What a bizarre take from Bradley.

Switch to southpaw - he is not nearly as effective in that stance. Also, Usyk can fight switch to orthodox also. I read somewhere that he's actually a converted orthodox fighter

Backfoot, reach is all true. Better punching power is debatable
Throw combinations? Fury's combinations are really sloppy and he's not known for his combinations at all.
Usyk is known for his combination punching, and has way better and precise combinations.
And to say he has better timing is just plain absurd, how does he come up with that one.
Tyson has mainly size and reach advantage over Usyk, not more tools.

This article is gormless & belongs in bn24.
I doubt he's lost much, his upper frame has gotten bigger & he's still carrying 30 lbs around his waist, off the top of my head he was 247 for Klitschko & i doubt he's bellow 260.

Weight conversion is more of a suitable headline.

        Are you Brun?

That big shedding of weight proves how serious Fury takes Usyk, and how dangerous The Gypsy King considers him. He knows the Ukrainian’s talent is an enormous threat, especially at this stage of his career when he might be slipping on the decline. In fact, those epic wars against Wilder might be taking its toll on the colorful 6’ 9” Briton champion. That’s why, to me, this fight is 50-50. The one who makes the first mistake, getting caught in a counter (likely), would pay dearly as both warriors can deliver brutal force in their blows. Usyk has already fought bigger men of power and excellent boxing skills, such as Joshua, clearly outboxing him. oleksandr is no stranger at all to a battle of this caliber, and he has come on top. Why not again, against a diminished and lighter Fury? Are the best years of Tyson Fury in the rear-view mirror? That could well be. Is Usyk in his prime, enjoying his best years as a prizefighter, owing experience married with physical prowess? It really seems so. Despite disappointments and controversies, the sport of boxing can still treat fans with beauties like this fight. Honestly, I like both, but I see Usyk having a slight (very slight) advantage, mainly because of his seemingly superior fitness. Because on boxing skills and ring IQ they are perfectly even. It’s gonna be one heck of a battle, a battle for not only the undisputed belt, but also for legacy and a future induction into any HOF. May the best man win! #FuryUsky #undisputed

Ive seen him have stamina while still being fat.

Not sure what to make of it other than we know he took Usyk serious to cut all that weight especially from last fall. He looks to be the lightest he has been in like 10 years.

I guess we will see on friday how it plays out. I still think he should use his size, is he really going to try to be the boxer or box with Usyk, that is what Usyk wants. If he tries to just stay in the center and box it could end badly for him, Usyk can over come reach very well. Usyk doesnt like to be pressured. Now Fury could still be planning on using his size while coming in lighter to maintain stamina late in the fight which could be a good strategy.

He is not facing a puncher and Usyk is a good boxer. Losing weight might late him box more fluid and defend better with movement.

I wonder what miracle pills he took lol
Not sure what to make of this weight loss
I guess it’ll be one of his excuses if he loses
