True but who are Japan's best top 5 boxers in history? And how good are they resume wise?

I mean its not that hard to do when your country doesn't have any real legends at the global scale.
Who were these great Japanese boxers?

Its far easier to become the best fighter in Japan for Inoue because his country is only known for the little weights and even then haven't been anything to rave about ever until Inoue.

Whereas Nery isn't even top 5 Mexicans of his generation. Not the same. Mexico is a country with a huge pedigree in boxing.

List those All Time Great Japanese fighters that were moving the needle.......

As Inoue stated, Japan is the hub for smaller fighter so clearly that is a lucrative market, so why doesn't anyone talk about these "legendary" Japanese fighters?

Like I said.....list these legendary All Time Great Japanese boxers. The article just listed Japans greatest boxers in respect to boxers that came from Japan.
On that list there is only TWO fighters that can make the list of being all time greats on the world scale. Thats Shibata and Inoue.
