This excuse is so ****ing ******. In the first half of the second fight Morales did a great job until Pacquiao's pressure got to him and Morales couldn't keep up because he was also drained from making 130.

Morales' pressure and jab had great effect on Pacquiao too, who was still mostly a one demensional fighter at the time.

He almost got KO d in second round in second fight.

I'd like to think that the gloves would have made a difference. Morales would have had to feel more of Pac's power combined with the mental factor he may have performed a little better. Weather they would have an affect on pac he may not have been prepared for Morales no matter what.

I think the headbutt was more of a factor than the gloves. Manny avenged this loss and he didn't do too bad in the first one. He earned a lot of fans even in his defeat due to the qualities he exhibited against Morales.

morales knocked plenty of people out with the winning gloves. If you've ever tried on a pair of 8oz gloves(everlast,reyes,winning,ect.) you would quickly realize that its not too much of a difference.

just on the fact that pacquiao was a one handed fighter,and morales been that fighter he was ,morales would have stoped him on cuts.
