Didn't he take some losses in Tijuana?

Also lmfao at the headline. Like some rags to riches story you expect to hear about a Mexican fighter. Not some spoiled American fighter who got shlt handed to him.

Yeah, headline sucks but Devin and Bill didn't write it.I think lol .Seriously though I'm going to give credit to Devin being a teenager and fighting essentially smokers in Tijuana. That took balls.

He is a top tier talent but yeah, you're right he had it easy like Prograis said in their build up to their fight.

He is a champion now but take the viewers back and disclose who you understand he lost to and how the F did he ever become a spoiled American fighter. I'm sure you recall his dad was held up from traveling to Australia for a 1992 conviction. So who the F handed him all this shlt you speak about along with other fools in here saying how easy he had it?

Feels like you have an agenda man - I don’t care for him being American, Latino or whatever - at least stick to the facts.

His last 6 fights were all former world champions:

Gamboa, Linares, Kambosos twice, Lomachenko and Regis Prograis. I feel he lost to Loma but no shame in that as he is still young and did him good. I wish he admitted it tbh.

ALL of them were potential banana skins - he backed himself without a promoter for most of that period and even still has a short term fight contract to ensure he doesn’t get locked in to promoter wars.

Prograis was a huge risk considering it was his first fight in weight class and a very solid fighter. He went twice to Australia for Kambosos with Arum clearly trying to set him up to lose and won twice convincingly with hostile crowd.

I agree the title was really cheesy and get that Latino fighters go through MUCH tougher tests growing up and getting recognition but Devin did more than 95 percent of American fighters to back himself and take the hard road.

I get the title was triggering, if i was Mexican and read this title i would be on floor laughing.

But seriously what other fighters at Devin age have comparable resume?

Can’t even have a discussion like an adult and it doesn’t do good to censor some words but then use words more derogatory than the ones you censored…You’re and ass-backwards type of person ya really are.

Do not let me bother you because all kinds of people in here talking shlt...I'm nobodies bltch so Teetotaler69 can't argue what he received in response...so lick his ass all you want but unless you have boxing to discuss like who did Haney lose to in Mexico which is how I started this ****** shlt out...STFU.
