Not being held up at all. Taylor vacated the IBF lightweight title. The IBF ordered Dubois vs. Beatriz Ferreira for the vacant IBF title. Dubois/BOXXER chose to duck that fight and declined the opportunity. Mainly, I think, because Shalom didn’t want to lose a purse bid to Eddie Hearn/Matchroom, as usual.
