no chance.. in order in be a star, you have to actually be a good boxer. or you'll just end up like broner, etc... talk shiiet but cant back it up.

you see with floyd, he made people hate him but he was able to back all his talking up when it comes time to it.

I dont see teo being successful like this.. yeah he might win a few fights but will always lose in the big fights that matters.

You don't have to be a good boxer to be a star. You have to be a good fighter, have charisma and be a great entertainer; all attributes that apply to Teo. Not sure if you're talking about some other Teofimo, but Teofimo Lopez does actually win his biggest fights.

Teo doesnt have charisma! Teo is going for the bad guy act... which is why i also brought up floyd as a comparison.

What's not true and why do you keep mentioning Adrian Broner? Teo is not Broner, nor is he Floyd Mayweather for that matter. You may not agree but I would argue that Teofimo Lopez is one of the most charismatic fighters in the entire sport. He's become something of a crazy antihero type, so he's probably not going to become the endorsement star that he imagines himself becoming, but he does draw attention and intense opinions from fans. I personally couldn't stand him prior to the Lomachenko fight, but now I find him to be one of the more compelling characters in the sport. He absolutely has won the biggest fights of his career (Lomachenko, Taylor for divisional dominance at 135, 140), so not sure how anyone could reasonably compare him to a guy like Broner. He may well lose today to Ortiz, but that's because this guy is competing with only top-shelf opponents. The same cannot be said for many of his contemporaries.

I dont consider his fight against taylor a big fight.. you cant just call every fight a big fight LOL... Teo aint got no charisma. his only hope is to go with the bad guy image. but if he cant back his talk up then it's not gonna work for him. it's not that easy to become a star or every boxers would have been one!!

kambosos was not a big fight??? you being serious?? teo was coming off a win against loma. the fight against kambosos was his first title defense and he loss!
