  • Comments Thread For: Ngannou: I Heard [Joshua] Doesn't Have A Chin; I Hope I Have The Opportunity To Test That Out

Francis Ngannou promised Monday to find out if Anthony Joshua's chin is as unreliable as he has been led to believe. Joshua glared at Ngannou as the former UFC heavyweight champion explained during a press conference in London how he'll go about their 10-round boxing match March 8 at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The hard-hitting Ngannou feels that if he hits Joshua with the type of left hook he landed on Tyson Fury in the third round of their fight October 28 that Joshua won't be able to recover.

AJ can run but he can't hide. Ngannou will find him, clock him and make him give us that look...

What happens after that is anyone's guess.

El Turkey says that he wants the winner of these two clowns to fight the winner of the undisputed fight. Ngannou v Joshua should be what it is a novelty money grab , nothing more , it should never have any piggyback to the boxing undisputed title .El Turkey is looking more like what he is every time , more money than sense.

Yep , they are the best paid and the least talented. We are looking at a retired , nearly forty year old MMA being put in pole position for a crack at the undisputed title .'Only in America' , ....sorry only in Saudi

Is he just getting interviewed a ton or is he just sitting back talking trash and talking about how awesome he is? I am sick or reading headlines about him talking about how he is the best. Shut up already dude. You are 0-1.

I'm not sure what drives all of this weird Anthony Joshua negative commentary, name calling etc....I guess it's just par for the course for this weak minded new generation that picks up a narrative and runs with it. At any rate Joshua has a better resume than his big name contemporaries, owns his losses and works hard to improve his game. His losses to Usyek were not one sided battles and he did avenge his loss to Ruiz. He also stats active. I don't see Fury and Wilder receiving this level of hate, though they have their critics. The only thing I can put this down to is ignorance, ******ity and envy, something online, non boxer trolls especially in America tend to do with regularity. While I'm not a fan of Joshua or any particular fighter (the SPORT comes 1st for me), its hard not to notice the bizarre amount of negative comments directed at The Londoner. At any rate money grab or not, Joshua is taking on the man who arguably gave Fury the biggest scare of his reign to date and I see no reason to slag the man off for taking on Ngannou. After this should Joshua win, then hopefully we get to see him face the winner of Fury vs Usyek.

I think MMA guy will get smoked now that the boxer will train for real fight instead of bullsheeting the way fury did. Btw I don't blame fury not taking it seriously. But now it will be different story
