It does make sense but the problem is Ryan doesn’t stfu and talks too much shyt on social media about what he’s going to do. So when he backs out of a fight or negotiations (as he’s done multiple times with different boxers) after talking so much, he now looks like an ass clown to everyone. So while social media has helped him to market himself, it’s also exposed him to he a buffoon.

That's real talk! Mayweather probably told him that if he beats Rolly, he gets a rematch with Tank, and that Haney is all wrong for him! Would love to see Devin choose Gary Antuanne Russell! I would pay for that too!

My first thought was Garcia doesn't deserve to fight Haney until he proves he's really up there and him backing out to fight at lesser foe only confirms that he has no real confidence to beat Haney. Garcia is becoming a social media star with little substance .
