    I’d advise anyone wanting to do a bit of boxcercise to stay in shape to also go with Ben.

        Whatever ppl think or say about Ben its hard to argue with results. And Ben keeps getting them.

        I wish trainer records were a thing cuz I'm sure he's got a great record. Hardly seen him lose as the trainer.

            Man this has been the worse possible year for Derrick James. His stock is so low right now. As low as Virgil Hunter I would say. Ryan has been his only bright spot.
            As Lennox put it, Joshua has beaten a former sparring partner that he beat up in sparring. Verdict is still out on whether he is really back mentally. I think he also had huge pressure taken off him with Wilder losing.
