He’s toast, I just saw an interview with him earlier this year, you can see the speech change when he talks. Which is crazy because he’s not that old but that iron jaw comes at a price.

Hurd went from being the only guy to get a deserved victory over Lara imo and was perceived to be elite, to becoming mediocre at best. His style ages horribly as most pressure fighters like him are washed by 30.

it's just pathetic to think that Lara vs Garcia would be for a legitimate belt. Even worse if Hurd got a shot at the winner. 160 is a wasteland.
