Being a boxing fan sucks, but it's even harder when other fans justify this bull****.
Being a boxing fan, you can also lack reading comprehension.

So let me get this straight. From 2014 to 2017, it’s 4 years? This is the sh/t i’m talking about. Ya’ll be exaggerating, adding little by little, moving goal posts. GGG blew up in 2014, fight happened 2017.

But now Canelo should’ve fought him in 2013 while campaigning at 154.

Some guys believe that just because a fighter hasn't been in any "wars," that they're somehow not supposed to age, despite Golovkin fighting 13 times, from 2013 until Canelo, at an age where most guys are fighting a fraction of that amount. They don't take into account every single training camp and the toll that takes. But when it comes to Canelo and Golovkin, some things don't apply.

And wait also, Canelo should’ve foregone Cotto and JCC Jr…two fighters GGG was calling out too. And GGG fans wanted to see those two fights. But Canelo fought them and not GGG, so let’s be little b/tches about it.

Canelo fought Lara when GGG was ducking him.

But no wait, Canelo had to fight all of those fighters all at once! How dare he!?

Canelo fought Lara because Golovkin was "ducking" him? That's a pretty ****ing ****** assertion. Might want to check your timeline. And those fights happened within an almost 3 year time frame. **** you mean "all at once?"

Lara is a such a hard luck fighter, he has never to this day been clearly beaten but always comes up short on the cards in close fights.
Only in close fights? The Williams fight wasn't close at all, canelo didn't do $h1t when he fought, to the extent that Lara never change to 2nd gear, normally he shifts to another gear when pressed, not in that fight.

Lets see, at 154 canelo fought lara, trout, floyd. All three ranked above the charlos at the time, at 160 canelo fought ggg(x2) and jacobs both ranked above andrade at the time, at 168 canelo fought every champion in a span of a year, benavidez left him self out by doing coke and eating burgers, at 175 canelo fought 2 champions but really cant ask for much at a weight class he doesnt belong..
now to be honest benavidez fight should happen in 2024 , no one else comes close at 168. But lets keep it real, once he fights and beats benavidez everybody moves on to the next boogeyman, most likely morrel..
like others said here, too much hate for the top guy, but it comes with the territory...

The fight became a thing in 2014, it happened in 2017. GGG blew up in 2013.

So according to Canelo haters, GGG had a whopping 4 years at the top.

It’s clear that the wars vs Dominic Wade, Steve Rolls, Curtis Stevens, Kell Brook and Gabriel Rosado softened up GGG.
4 years is a fkn eternity. That is whats wrong with boxing christ.

It's not even that, it's just haters mostly. If someone hates fighter A, he's going to list fighters B to Z that he did not face and that is why he hasn't lost yet or isn't deserving of his praises. It happens to every fighter. No fighter can retire where I think every single person can universally give him praise that he had the greatest career they ever seen. It's impossible.

In the case of fighters who keep on winning, the haters will bring up who they didn't face yet and that is why they're continuing to win. I've done it, you probably done it, and nearly 95% of the people on this forum have done it, lol. That's boxing for you.
