By Keith Idec - Shakur Stevenson has been a more dynamic, aggressive offensive fighter and shown some power since he drew criticism for moving too much during his lopsided points victory over Jeremia Nakathila in June 2021. Stevenson stopped Jamel Herring in the 10th round of his subsequent bout and dropped previously undefeated Oscar

No amount of chiding, or goading Stevenson into fighting you on your terms is going to work.
He is going to box rings around you like he did to Nakathila, simply because he can.
So he's not going to take any unnecessary risk's that he doesn't have to, but I do expect you'll give him a good scrap.

I have been wrong 1000 times before, but I expect Shakur to not look wicked sharp offensively for a few rounds while he is figuring things out. He won't get hit much during those rounds. He then will figure things out and we will have pick apart time. I can only hope he sits on some shots so it is enjoyable to watch.

Sponsorship deal or no deal, I don't think it's fair to allow Stevenson to wear headphones in the ring

Shakur is too much for most fighters at 135. Most people want to see Tank vs Shakur so let's see that fight soon.

Bring out the Nakatila stiff arm for this one, lots of movement with little action. Im getting sleepy typing this already. Hopefully Santos can cut the ring better than Nakatila and the ref minimizes the stiff arm.

I love Shakur but Santos is a solid fighter and I think this will be Shakur’s toughest fight of his career.
