Joe Cordina was not only noticeably taller, but a pound heavier than Edward Vazquez when they stepped on the scale Friday afternoon in Monte Carlo, Monaco. Cordina came in a 129.9 pounds for his first defense of the IBF junior lightweight title he won for the second time in his last fight.
