Comments Thread For: Brian Mendoza Says He's Bigger Puncher Than Tim Tszyu: 'I'll Hurt You For 12 Rounds'

Brian Mendoza has revived his career with three consecutive stoppage victories ever since losing a unanimous decision to Jesus Ramos Jr. in 2021. The boxer nicknamed "La Bala" has shown a propensity for power by crushing Benjamin Whitaker, Jeison Rosario, and most recently in April, Sebastian Fundora with a come-from-behind KO.

Tim is used to seeing guys come up in weight. Brian is making weight, that right there, should prove interesting. Timmy's power works best on blown up welters and lights. Brian blasted the tower.

Timmy is no ballerina himself, just in softer on account of his daddy. I think that's a good bet. Tims approach is too soft, not like he's blazing through the division. He only has one name on his resume and he's an old, 5 time ko victim.

Tszyu will either have to storm Mendoza or avoid those power shots for many rounds cause if Mendoza lands his money shot right on the button, no guarantee but it could be lights out.
