        That would be against Frank Warrens whole business model. The aim always is, and always will be to continue making his boxers box 3rd tier European journeymen untill the wbo magically make his fighter no.1 and then force the title shot. Literally all he does. If his boxer fails at the attempt, then go back to fighting bin men till the next random unwarranted title shot is awarded.
