How many years do this guy need to settle this matter?

The legal issues take years to clear in the UK. Somebody was knifed to death close to where I lived. Naturally i took an interest. After 6 months the police arrested some guy of 'no fixed address'. He was a year on remand charged with murder. Then he was released without a trial. To this day, far as I know, they still haven't caught the murderer. Takes years what with appeals and counter appeals, plus of course, Benn is in no hurry to be in front of Ukad.

Hearn and Benn are finding loopholes in the system here.Benn has failed not one but two drug tests and hasn’t cleared his name at all … it’s simply because he can’t explain how he had drugs in his system or don’t want to . Hearn and Benn will live to regret this outrage!

According to Eddie he's been cleared by the board and they've been involved in the process

Smith said the british board were asked about Benn by the Florida commision, they just told them not suspended but that they are appealing the decision. Floria make their own decision to allow the fight.

Also not sure why people say cleared by UKAD if that was the case UKAD would not appeal their own decision would they. British board and ukad Benn and his team have not shown any evidence to how he may have got it in his system. They are instrad trying to find loopholes. It was NAPD that said UKAD amd Board should unsuspend him, UKAD and the Board are both appealing that decision as in 18 months Benns team have not co-operated with them to clear his name or show evidence.

He gave up his license and then went wbc route to get name cleared. They said egg consumption. Benn himself said he doesn't agree with that reasoning but happy to accept them saying he got cleared. Then they have gone to NAPD to get cleared in the UK not the BBbofC likely claiming vada should not be relevant based on their rules last year where they did not include acknowledging vada test and only ukad (later updated into their rules)

I can't front. This boy is strong and he's dangerous, but he's on drugs, so he's a cheat like his father who was a master rabbit puncher in his day. I will never believe he ate eggs, so therefore he ended up with Clomifene in his body. F.ck that bs. I would rather see these guys getting banned for long periods of time in order to discourage cheating. But a part of me would like to see him in with say, Boots Ennis or someone who else can really put him in his place
