Comments Thread For: Charlo Warns Crawford Not To Play Games & Take Forever With Future Negotiations Like 'Bud' Did With Spence

Jermell Charlo has further chimed in on what it will take to have a tantalizing tilt against Terence Crawford. Charlo is currently preparing to jump up two weight classes to challenge Canelo Alvarez for the undisputed super middleweight title on Sept. 30 at the T-Mobile Arena on Showtime pay-per-view.

Charlo is a big star now? Crawford is above Charlo at the moment. Unless he miraculously beats Canelo.

Paulie Malinaggi is right when he says that Canelo ruined everything. Charlo VS Crawford will most likely never happen now. Charlo has gone up in weight. It's going to be difficult to come back down to even fight at 154.

Plus who knows what kinda shape Charlo will be in after his bout with Canelo. What happens if their match warrants a rematch? By the time the smoke settles, Crawford could be ready to retire. Plans to fight Canelo threw a monkey wrench into everything.

I’ve been saying this for a minute now. Canelo’s ducking of Benavidez has ruined what should be the perfect set up for fans. Crawford vs Charlo would the real undisputed vs undisputed match up that could’ve been happening and then Canelo vs Benavidez , which in reality would be to see if canelo is also the true undisputed at 168 since he’s walking around with a belt that Benavidez never lost in the ring.

LOL charlo is a fool. he's not beating clenelo. Stop worrying about crawford. he's more likely to lose and lose badly. he's jumping up two weight classes and has never tasted super middleweight power. Not to mention the judges will always side with clenelo in vegas. crawford vs charlo will lose a lot of juice especially if he gets crushed. On top of that you have charlo ducking tim tszyu who will have one of charlo's belts at 154lbs.

Just give us the list of reasons why you wouldn't fight Crawford. Bud should just focus on getting all the belts at 154, he'll loose less $ with those fights than he would waiting for this one to get signed.
