Sergio is a smart fellow, not letting himself get pushed around.
Wishing him well in his retirement.

Elvis Grant? The Brent Cross machete murderer? Maybe get new representation.

Jokes aside... just leave it. Bloke still got his looks. Probably got work in the sport for years to come even if it's not in the ring. Argentina got some sick fighters he could easily train some world champion ****ers. Show a prospect a clip of the Williams KO and they'd walk through walls for him.

A difficult situation. Sergio could refuse to fight, it was the manager who was supposed to take the heat, anyway.

So he f_cked himself and made his manager look like a fool.

Sergio still needs a lot of media training. Even now at this age living away from Argentina he still speeds Spanish a million miles an hour and too many pregnant pause for acting or even being a boxing announcer. I wish him well but I saw his comedy act, he was terrible, he doesn’t have quick wit either.

hes almost fifty and fights in a style with his hands low. just retire for good now, he made his point that he still was decent for his age.

Erislandy Lara has a belt and is a shell of himself at this point as well, why not just make the fight and scratch the itch?

He is better off doing an exhibition boxing match against a MMA fighter or a YouTuber

Retire already. Why risk any serious injury at your age. You had your run and I believe you will be in the HOF one day champ.

Man’s basically been retired since his knees blew out when he lost to Cotto.
