He's right in saying that we don't know what Usyk felt. The punch didn't hit him directly on the balls, it seemed to be on the beltline but hitting the protector that hard could make it ride up and hit the balls or at least feel very uncomfortable. Bladder shots are painful as **** too. Since the fight I've said the shot looked good to me (seen plenty of beltline punches ruled ok) but it's ambiguous enough to give the benefit of the doubt and it was otherwise a one-sided win for Usyk that we really don't need to revisit the fight.

I've seen people say that Dubois shouldn't have targeted that area because of the prior warnings but a lot of those punches looked legit and they were clearly bothering Usyk so why not keep going to the body? It's clear to me that Dubois wasn't trying to hit low and after that, Usyk's opponents will target his body more.

We all know they cheated and got away with it, however your fighter still went out like a bi_ _h and quit for the second time! How about that 4 your asS.

It has been ages since I sparred but a cup guard can side on you. You do not want to be hit there by a 230 pound heavyweight that can punch.
Shut the *** up bummmmmm! He quit just like yo asS.

I'm no casual and have been around the sport as a pro fighter/fan for some 40+ years and the shot was weak in terms of being low, the referee did a poor job and everyone could see who the house fighter was, Dubois is a quitter and Usyk doesn't take it well to the body and should have been stopped 1st.

But a low blow doesn’t mean just the nuts or dvck. Anything below the belly button is considered low. Literally no part of his glove even grazed the skin and Usyks trunks werent even high.

If he truly felt that he didn’t hit Usyk low, he had a full 5 minutes to think about attacking Usyks body for the remainder of the fight. Instead he never landed a good shot there again and quit after being dropped by a damn jab ffs

+1. Right. DDD has a glass jaw. Usyk is not a puncher. Yet he put him down twice, the last time he took the count? IMO he could have gotten up but chose not to.

If you know anything about cup guards they can slide on you went hit below the belt.

just saying. Only one guy quit, and it wasn’t Usyk.
Then why did Oleksandr drop to the canvas in the first place? When you get low; The first thing a fighter does is double over while wincing with pain but they still remain on their feet.

However, that gut punch Daniel landed on Usyk; Literally knocked the wind out of him. Which was the only reason why he went to canvas in the first place. He was hurt and tried to quit in his efforts to win.

He tried to over sell a low blow in order to get Dubois either disqualified or get multiple points deducted from him because Usyk is both soft and tender to his body.

He doesn't like getting hit down there; Thus the reason why he kept constantly complaining to the referee over any body punch that DDD landed; Which were both legal and legit.

I’m still not understanding how that determined the outcome of the fight. Even if it was ruled a knockdown Usyk gets back up and beats his ass the rest of the way.
