Comments Thread For: Robert Helenius Hoping To Get Rid Of AJ Than Move On To Wilder Rematch

Robert Helenius needed to feel good about himself. As he strolled to the ring for his showdown against Mika Mielonen just last weekend, he desperately wanted to erase the memories of what took place prior. In October of 2022, he was violently put away in the first round against Deontay Wilder. His confidence ticked up as he got rid of Mielonen in the third. Now, he'll look to keep the momentum going.

Id like to see him rematch Wilder. He fought with a totally idiotic plan first fight. He isn't Fury. He needed to box, move away from Wilder's right hand instead of into it and time Wilder.

I'm sure he could fight better, but it was such a bad splatter, know one wants to see that again!?

This is end game for AJ tonight, Eddie will watch as the gold around the goose rusts away like a cheap old sovereign with every shot The Norwegian nightmare connects with until the robot is malfunctioning on the canvas.

What in the hell is Helenius talking about moving onto a rematch with Wilder? Wilder almost killed him the first time around, I don't see any promoter wanting to touch a rematch of that disaster.

I predict this comment will not age well.

He very well might win tonight, but there is zero reason for anyone to promote a rematch. Let him get in there with Fury or Zhang or Joyce or Big Baby #1 or #2, not Wilder.
