Comments Thread For: Anthony Joshua: 'I Achieved A Lot But I Didn't Work As Hard As I Do Now'
Anthony Joshua became an Olympic gold medalist in 2012, a heavyweight titlist in 2016, and the king of the division by 2017 when he stopped Wladimir Klitschko.

AJ does deserve respect but he needs to stop saying it. If you want to be cool you don’t go around telling everyone how cool you are. You’re not just given the position of heavyweight champion. Respect can easily be undone with talk like he sprouted after the Usyk rematch - if you want it you need to act the part. Unfortunately he’s not gonna get respect by fighting how he did in his last fight either. Get your head down and ko the Viking and that’ll be a start.
p.o.s. for throwing his trainers under the bus. then we seen how mechanically horrid Spence defense, balance, head movement etc was. and this racist fool gonna try and tell us he gonna learn something new lol
Ajs cap.
He over achieved in a weak era for the division. He took no mantle from Klitschko, Fury did.
Lost all respect as he's a 2 time's! racist
Lost all respect in boxing by never facing the best & still lost 3 times when he isnt fighting shot old men.
Gate crashed Ruiz victory speach because it's about him.
Gare crashed Usyk victory speach because it's still about him.
Only relevant through rematchroom clauses stalling the division for year's.
Pedmatchrooms smoke & mirror's bullshido don't work no more.
This fight should bring out the 'fighting nature', because although not Joshua's fault, Helenisus should be no more than a sparring partner these days for anyone who considers themselves any good. I understand Hearn wants to juice Joshua but really this fight should be further down the bill as it is a 'fight' that doesn't warrant top billing on what Joshua himself calls a great card.
