          In reality he should have never even been #1 even before this outcome. An amazing talent but just doesn’t have the competition at those jockey weight classes.

            _Rexy_ see what I mean? There's a plethora of knowledgeable boxing fans that agree that the lower weight accomplishments do not carry the same weight as the higher weight accomplishments. It's a matter of physics.

              Make it make sense at least. Davis just fought a guy that was Top 10 in the IBF, WBC and WBA rankings. And that was at an even higher weight class than Tank was in.

                Yeah exactly, it’s a harsh reality. One of my favorite fighters growing up was Finito Lopez but I would never dare rank him in the leagues of Chavez, Sweet Pea, Duran, Lewis, or even De La Hoya. As you stated, the accomplishments don’t carry the same weight (no pun) which is a shame because Finito and Inoue are incredible talents.

                    sure pal, inoue still number 1, he didn't fight a guy is alive by miracle and got pushed back in a ring when he clearly shouldn't. spence got almost stopped by ugas who can't crack an egg, are we forgeting that?
