    Is he going to stack the hand wraps?
    If he is allowed to do that, everyone should do it as well.

      the opposing trainer is able to watch the hands being wrapped, and can have them rewrapped if necessary. It's a bit strange to act like it's being done in secret....unless they are looking for an excuse.

        They probably won't consent to rewrapping because stacking is allowed by the JBC.

        Hope the JBC changes their policy on this one.

          Let Inuoe wrap his hands first and then Fulton's trainer can go to Fulton and wrap his hands the same way or layered the same way - Voila!

            As long as Fulton can do the same, their shouldn't be an Issue.
