Forcing Rolly into a mandatory will backfire. A fight between Rolly and Garcia should have been ordered. Rolly can't fight. It's just a matter of time before a mediocre bum knocks him off. All sanctioning bodies should match Rolly against big names like Garcia. Rolly's star is going to fade fast. They need to maximize their earnings off of Rolly now, while they can.
