Comments Thread For: Crawford Confident Spence Showdown Will End The Pound-For-Pound Debate

Young, prideful, and full of confidence, Terence Crawford, at least initially, couldn't care less about the pound-for-pound discussion. Ultimately, his biggest and only dream was to become a world champion. However, after checking off that goal on countless occasions, the now 35-year-old saw his name emerge on that very list.

This has to be a joke LMAO

Uysk who hasn’t done nothing in the past 5 years except beat a shop worn Joshua?
Inoue who’s best W is a 40 year old Donaire?

Yeah let’s stop kidding ourselves, you might want them to be there due to favouritism but I assure you they won’t it’ll likely be Bud, Spence winner. Unless Uysk-Fury magically happens in the next few months and Uysk wins. But it looks like Daniel Dubois in August. That’s shocking opposition.. Inoue has Fulton which would be a great W. However his resumè is still thin.

Shawn Porter is better than anyone Inoue has ever fought. Better than anyone Uysk has fought in the past 5 years. Bud-Spence in 2 months time and we’ll see who’s going to strengthen their resume in a historic fight. Dubois (Uysk next fight) again is an unknown european fighter that got stopped by a 39 year old and got dropped 3 times by a C level fighter in his last fight.

Whoever said anything about Inoue being great , clown? Or about Usyk for that matter??? Both Errol Spence and Canelo have way better resume and opponents in their records. Only gullible kids like you fall for that p4p online list while being a casual. Like I said before, Terrence Crawford only fights uknown bums like David avensyan or old washed up ex champions like Shanw Porter, kell brook and Amir Kahn..go cry somewhere else

Looks like Crawford has nothing to lose here. He's already labeled a nobody by fans.
Losing will just confirm it. Spence, otoh, would either win or lose everything.
It would even demean the guys he fought if he loses, that he's been beating average fighters all along.
