Comments Thread For: George Kambosos Hoping For Future Vasiliy Lomachenko Clash

The proliferation of lightweight titles had seemingly come to an end once George Kambosos Jr. officially stepped onto the world scene. His upset win over Teofimo Lopez in 2021, essentially netted Kambosos every major championship trinket at 135 pounds. In doing so, the 29-year-old had his pick of the lightweight litter.

The way Lomachenko looked in his last fight. he can easily be a belt holder at 135 once haney moves to 140. However he is 35 and at max 1-2 years he should fight Isaac Cruz, Ryan Garcia and Shakur. And then call it a day.

Not a bad three fight promotional strategy. Could almost sub George for Isakk. Garcia is good money, then pass the torch.

A somewhat contentious scorecards? Say it how it is, this was fixed and they robbed Loma. Are you trying to be funny? Or are you 13 y.o and black. Loma battered him from pillar to post for 12 Rounds straight. He not only nullified Haney jab but he did more with his own jab. George couldn't even get past the jab. Loma took Haney to boxing school dog walked and owned him George is DELUSIONAL. I personally wouldn't want to watch a even worse schooling and dissection.
