Comments Thread For: Oscar Valdez Batters, Dominates Adam Lopez For Unanimous Decision Win

LAS VEGAS - There was no doubt about Oscar Valdez's victory over Adam Lopez in their rematch. The former featherweight and junior lightweight landed the harder punches throughout their second fight Saturday night at MGM Grand Garden Arena. Lopez, who dropped Valdez in the second round of their first fight, had trouble keeping an aggressive Valdez off of him throughout their 10-round rematch on the Devin Haney-Vasiliy Lomachenko undercard.

I didn't see this fight the same. This is BOXING, yet the announcers talk about one big shot as Valdez throws and hit air looking for one shot.

How did may win all his fights? BOXING!

"Batters" and "dominates" are strong words.

What a shame. Everything to make Navarrete vs Valdez.

They didn't even want to talk about the headbutt. Tried to act like it didn't happen. Then after the reply they moved on right away.

Fight was definitely a lot closer than this article makes it out to be.

It was very funny because Bradley was commenting on the fight the way it was, even Ward told him that they were watching a different fight, but then he started cheerleading for Valdez, I imagine they must have told him to stop what he was doing.

Valdez, who was never that good in the first place, looked like shiat. He's gonna lose his health and his soul against Navarette.
