6th rd to Cordina, great action, 58-55 Cordina. Cordina just needs to move out of range after he lands his shots, but too often he stays in the pocket, admiring his work and that's when Rakhimov catches him. Some great counters from Cordina that rd though

Where is Cordina's jab? He's not doing anything to keep Rakhimov off, allowing him into short/mid range to try and land bombs, but that's not the kinda fight Cordina needs

It's almost as though he completely lost his precision and timing after knocking Rakhimov down - still got more than enough speed and power ATM though, and recovered well in the 5th. Brilliant fight so far, on pace for a niche FOTY contender

Agreed, I think Cordina's got it now, survived the 5th and adjusted, plus Rakhimov's eye causing him issues. It's there for Cordina atm
