Comments Thread For: Wilder's Coach: We Want The Joshua Fight, Ball in Joshua's Court

Malik Scott, head trainer for heavyweight Deontay Wilder, would love to see his man collide with fellow former world champion Anthony Joshua. Joshua returned to the ring earlier this month, when he picked up a twelve round unanimous decision over Jermaine Franklin.

Wilder needs to schedule a significant fight now. Not call out a semi retired former paper champ. If he doesn’t, he’s really no different than Joshua

Wilder has options, wouldn't mind see him vs
          Usky, Ruiz, or Joshua.

Obviously Wilder sees a big money fight that he feels he will prevail. Wilder is never beating anyone again past 5 rds.

Part-time Boxing Champs (PBC/SHO) have all now become waiting game players. The Charlos, Spence, Thurman, Ugas, Ennis, Martin, Ruiz, Wilder etc. They won't even take interim, stay-busy fights. What a bunch of inactive people.

The balls not in Joshua’s court it’s in Finkles court and if he’ll let Wilder fight Joshua ,anyone who attempts to try and make the fight gets fired over there we see how they operate . Lol

Neither Wilder or Joshua should be fighting anyone if this deal is getting worked out for December .

It’s a wait but if it’s probably a reality because if Saudi is in involved that’s the on,y reason why Hearn would hold off Joshua in the summer he won’t waste anymore time on these guys because they like out pricing themselves out and you can bet Joshua will have to take another pay cut to get Wilder or Fury in the ring . Lol

Joshua himself wants his own money fight, which is the domestic blockbuster Fury fight. And according to Hearn, he still needs another tuneup before that happens. Wilder will be waiting forever.

These folks are too scared to take interim fights for fear of getting derailed. It's terrible for the sport.

Hearn won't put AJ anywhere near Deontay Wilder unless it's for ****** money so he can cash out.

                    Deontay sleeps AJ early
