I get that undoubtably Fury brings the most sales/money to the table , especially now it's apparently at Wembley but the only way to get this fight made seems to be a climb down on Tysons part.

What nobody is talking about, is the real reason this fight isn't being made:

Fury doesn't want to spiral into another depression after he either claims the throne or is dethroned. Either outcome will cause Fury to become depressed again.

Just as he felt there was nothing more to accomplish the first time, what more can he accomplish after Uysk? Defend his belts against Wilder, Joyce, or Anderson? Or rebuild his career against those names? He's done, mentally, after this fight, and he knows it.

Fury is hands down the A-side here. Offering 60/40 with the winner taking 60 is trying to treat them as equals when they are not. Fury will be driving the revenue for this fight for sure

Maybe it's just fury playing hard to get?

Fury says publicly that he will beat the middleweight easily. He has also said in the past that he doesn't need the money. I think he is privately having some doubts. Does he want to be the first Undisputed Heavyweight champ in 20 years, or not? If it's as easy as he says, he will get the 60%

They will get it sorted. This is stratospheric £ so not surprised there is posturing. I bet it looks like 50/50 with Fury getting better % of various market pay per view revenue, specifically Britain and North America
