I'm going with the actual boxer Fury for a late stoppage or decision. But who is exactly favored to win?

John Fury will come from under the ring with a steel chair mid fight for the TKO

It makes me laugh when articles like this say Fury has faced very low level competition so far in his pro career.

Of course he has - he's a novice pro with a limited amateur career.

All novice pro's face the same kind of opposition as Fury has, for the very reason that they're novice pro's.

As Teddy Atlas said, even for a novice, his opposition is disgusting. Worse than cab drivers, they're guys who just drive cars without a license.

I disagree, they're standard opposition for a guy with limited amateur experience who has had a handful of pro fights.

The bookies have Jake Paul as only slight favourite.

Just the straight win see's Paul @ 4/6 on favourite and Fury @ 6/5 against (bet365)

Fury by stoppage in this 8 round fight is 5/2 against which I see as the value bet (£10 stake returns £35)

You can go one further and bet on Fury rounds 1-4 @ 5/1 (£10 stake returns £60) or as you predict Fury in rounds 5-8 @ 13/2 (£10 stake returns £75)

Furys odds on the W have come in over the last 2 weeks but only marginally. A fortnight ago he was 6/4 against.

The book makers price up the fight based on whatever bets they've been taking i.e. where the money is going. I see a majority of these early bets being placed by the YouTube crowd and I expect the odds to come in on Fury on Friday and Saturday when the aficionados have had a flutter closer to the opening bell.

For what it's worth, I think if Paul was doing anything even remotely impressive in sparring then it would be all over YouTube but I've only seen clips of his training/ workouts. I'll be betting on a Fury stoppage victory in any round.

If the fight happened earlier, say pre Paul vs Woodley, I would've felt pretty confident picking Tommy. As of now, I'm not sure who wins, and it's not just because of Jake's improvement. It's also because of the lack of progress on Tommy's part career & skill wise.
