It's concerning when match room are being outbid in fights that are less than a half a million.

The fight isn’t worth anything over 400K . There’s no way Hearn has that much faith in losing money on Babic ,there is no point winning this one where he knows he’d have had to go around 500K to win another over priced bid ,it would be no financial gain both fighters together get well over 400K. The Polish fighter who has a backing willing to lose money because they aren’t strictly a boxing promotion.

True, and it's a title fight so they deffo could have put it at least co-main, but realistically you're looking at paying Rozanski 150k. Presume they're hoping he wins and then the next fight with Merhy or Lerena might do better.

What was the split? Even if they'd bid £300k, they'd have still lost pretty handsomely - I wouldn't want to be paying that personally. Just saw that it's not an eliminator and it's for the actual title though ... maybe makes it more interesting.
