Loma is one of my favorite boxers of all time. That being said, He's lost a step. If Jamaine Ortiz had a better gas tank he would have won that last fight.

Lopez Sr. is a clown and he is blowing smoke to make Teo's last real fight look better. I doubt Loma beats Haney. I think Teo Sr. is just building a potential showdown with his son. I don't think that will happen unless it's a cash-out though.
