He for sure can lose it. A person who knows how to cut can drop 40 in a few months pretty easily.

That said, most fighters don't show up to camp really overweight. Makes sparring and running a *****. I'd say Spence had no illusions of fighting in November. And since he is now hurt again, I wouldn't expect him to start cutting weight until a few months before the fight.
