Fulton is bigger, faster, better combinations, better footwork, makes great adjustments during fights, and is the overall better fighter. Inoue better stay clear of him, and better hope he's decides to move up. If not, it will be his first great schooling.

I doubt that Fulton will avoid anything, he's extremely confident in his skillset. Butler isn't close to the level of Cool Boy, and Inoue couldn't cut off the ring well until the late rounds. Naoya can come with his Monster attacks and get clipped by beautiful counters and combinations. Fulton is that guy when it comes to skills at that weight class.
