Because frank Warren the promoter of denzel Bentley has a great relationship with the WBO has done for years because he was one of the first promoters have sanctioned WBO fights on big shows in the UK when they was still pretty obscure in boxing. So all his fighters get alot of favours from them. Anthony yarde for example is mandatory for beterbiev after being knocked out by kovalev an then fighting a few lower level opponent's he's back as number 1 again.

Archie sharp in number with the WBO at super feather but hasn't fought anybody of note. Danny dignum who Janibek just destroyed for the title was also a frank Warren fighter an had fought nobody of serious note same with Bentley who's only step up was against felix cash an he got stopped in 3 rounds an now 2 fights later at a Lower level he gets a shot at the world title
