  • Comments Thread For: Usyk Manager on Talks For Fury Unification: 'Everything Is Done From Our Side'

All that is apparently standing in the way of Oleksandr Usyk from getting his shot at the undisputed heavyweight championship is the green light from Tyson Fury.

As much as I would like it, I just don't see Usyk beating Fury. Its not just the size, even though that's Tyson's main advantage, he also is more loose and fluid in his boxing style than Joshua. Joshua had pretty good moments of success in the second fight, he just refused to stop being so cautious and go all out when he needed it most. Fury doesn't have that limitation, he has gotten off the mat several times after being floored by the hardest puncher in the division, and gave it right back. He has an almost delusional belief in himself that helps him to be great, even though he's clumsy looking and flabby. His jerky movement, his skills, and his reach make him a hard task for anyone. And if all else fails, he will resort to mauling and whatever dirty tactics he needs to get the win.

Lmao klimas is lying through his teeth. Putting the onus on fury is laughable. Usyk could’ve fought for the titles in December but said he was too injured. Then said they’d fight wilder then he’d like to back to CW to unify the division again or even fight canelo smh. Now after the backlash all u hear from his camp is “fury all we want is fury he’s dodging” rofl. Usyk is the most overated fighter I’ve ever seen and it’s not close. Anyone who thinks he’ll beat fury just has to watch usyk chisora usyk glowacki usyk bredis to know he doesn’t like getting touched especially to the body. Tyson will maul him

Wouldn’t surprise me if Fury purposely lets Chisora knock him clean out to avoid this Ukrainian nightmare.

If the Saudis were not willing to pay an exorbitant amount, Usyk would have tried to prolong the fight in hopes of Fury legitimately retiring, so he could get an easier matchup for undisputed.

His team know Fury is not vulnerable and ripe for the picking like GayJ.

It is a bridge much too far, imagine having to give up 40+ lbs on a behemoth that possesses such skill, versatility and IQ?

He can outbox him from range and win by decision or maul and KO him. It is purely up to Fury to decide which route is more preferable.

You're the only one afraid of Usyk, everyone on here like him or not knows that Fury is not ...make some sense man.

Fury the so called “fighting man” was also scared to death of a barrier and a few meat head security guards while his best mate’s Dad got the living **** kicked out of him at the Canelo fight, if he was fearful of that situation how do you think he feels about fighting Usyk?

Because there’s more honor in getting KO’d by a guy he already beat Twice than losing to Usyk?

Let’s be clear, Fury fighting Chisora is a joke. I am fan of Fury but as a boxing fan, I can call that a ****** meaningless fight.
