Comments Thread For: Zurdo Ramirez Doesn't View Bivol As The Best Opponent He's Ever Faced

After nabbing a world title at 168-pounds, Gilberto Ramirez was anxious to repeat his championship feat as a full-fledged light heavyweight. But since making his 175-pound debut against Tommy Karpency in 2019, Ramirez grew agitated as his perpetual callouts fell on deaf ears.

He has some decent fighters in his resume but none were a prime champ. He is being delusional and if he goes in with that mentality he is in for a surprise.

His best opponent is a 40 yo Sullivan Barrera or Jesse Hart

Vlasov is probably his best win but Bivol is a lot better. Zurdo will have a shot because he's a big tall southpaw with decent power, but Bivol is going to be way faster on his feet and with his hands. I wouldn't be surprised if this fight resembled Bivol Salamov.

He will find out that Bivol is another level.

Only good Victory Bivol is beating a smaller Canelo and Joe Smith who got destroyed by Beterbiev. Zurdo is no midget Canelo.

This guy has some audacity to say that he’s faced plenty of good fighters and bivol isn’t the best he’s faced with his trash resume.

Zurdo's statements will not age well. I'm expecting Bivol to do his Bivol thing. He may not lose a round.

It is Bivol - Salamov situation. Ramirez is not some killer or master boxer and average huge fighters lose to great smaller fighters.

You speak like Ramirez has some great wins, but his only good win is Bivol`s leftover.

Zurdo has height, reach and 15 lbs in his favor. Wont matter tho.
