Smart to keep the WBO belt though, if he moves up in weight then he automatically becomes mandatory at 147 because of the WBO rules. So it’s not like he’s left out in the cold by vacating belts.

Lot of technical reasons for it to be awkward but I still have a feeling Josh will win the rematch. Good on him for apparently showing this kind of integrity. Don't know what else goes on behind the scenes though so I don't know for sure.
