Comments Thread For: Liam Paro Delivers Statement-Making 1st Round Knockout Of Brock Jarvis

Liam Paro delivered on his promise to make a statement while waiting out an owed world title shot. Matchroom Boxing's debut in the Australia market landed in Paro's hometown of Brisbane, with the unbeaten junior welterweight contender ending the show with an emphatic first round knockout of countryman Brock Jarvis. A perfectly timed straight left hand by the local hero put Jarvis down and out just 149 seconds into their DAZN-aired headliner Saturday at South Bank Piazza in South Brisbane, Australia.

Liam can't fight out of clinches. Good KO though.

I don't understand how Jarvis just kept walking forward after getting hit by a clean jab, a straight left, and then another. No head movement or nothing.

        Glad I slept in.

Brock is a puncher with no chin. He was almost knocked out by a 13-4-2 fighter in his last fight. He is going to need someone to teach him how to box if that is possible.
