Unfortunately, something tells me that Ruiz will beat Toney. This won't necessarily be the end for Toney, but he will probably lose a decisive decision. I think JT will do well early on but will not be able to sustain and keep up with JR. Just my $0.02..

will james be the man to put 'the quietman' back in his place ? i think so.With john ruiz, the bigger, slower and more 'heavy weight' you are, the more likely he is to beat you.The moere slicker and middleweight you are, the more chance you have of beating him. FACT

Ruiz wants to get +respect signing for the fight with cool guys, but one day he should understand all mistakes he made.
I found out there is no one who likes Ruiz.

Ruiz might win based on the fact that he finds a way to win. Toney has been very inactive over the past few eyars due to injury and it will not help him in a tough physical fight. And it will be physical, Toney is not Roy Jones, he will have to fight up close and thats where the weight factor can sometimes become an issue!

Ruiz gonna clash with someone who can do the "dirty" dance with him.
I'm picking Toney to win in a masterful performance(u-d). Ruiz is a rugged dude and a victory for Toney speaks for itself. Ruiz will stun Toney circa round 6.

Tony is not Roy,but same talents he has.Natural sence in boxing.Defence and offence skills almost perfect at the Middle & Super Middle times.
But in Heavyweight fights, his physical & a little punching power is a little handy i think. So Tony has to move fast than Ruiz and control games
at first round is necessary to win.I hope Tony to win .
