Comments Thread For: Frank Warren: A Rejuvenated Parker Represents Perfect Road Test For Joe Joyce

PUTTING TOGETHER A boxing card can put you in mind of the memorable line uttered by Tom Hanks in the movie Forrest Gump, where he likens life to a box of chocolates and concludes 'you never know what you're gonna get'.

Quality Street are **** and have one good sweet. Much like this card only having one good fight. Can you believe Frankie is trying to charge us to watch this when there isn't even a real world title on the line...Do better Frank and BT, do better.

This is a night where Big Joe Joyce can really announce himself as a major player in the top echelon of boxing’s marquee and most popular division.
...and if not, then he can dial up the rematch and have another crack.

        That's weaksauce!!!

Joyce should be commended, Parker is a much better fighter now being in the Tyson camp along with the worlds no.1 heavyweight and Andy Lee. Joyce is in for a tough night! Ekow the engine is worth a watch , women boxing ....not for me ,maybe Amanda will be worth a peep but with the lack of depth and the 2 minute rounds make it difficult to get too excited.Cracking headliner , nice one Frank.

Parker's best win, a dubious decision over Ruiz is years ago now, and I don't think he's got enough to beat Joyce at this point.

Parkers best win was the demolition of delboy in his last fight.

Joyce has never faced anyone as good as Parker and with a rematch clause shows he doesnt have the confidence to beat him and move on...

              KRONK PARKER IS LEGIT !!!

If it is the purple Quality Street, the one with the hazlenut and the caramel, they sold them at Walmart on their own at last Christmas.

                Parker by decision.

Joyce is probably going to beat Parker, who's not as slick as some make him out to be.

Joe can take a good punch as well, even though he looks slow at times, and like he's easy to outbox. He isn't easy to outbox, except for the very highest level guy like Tyson Fury.

I see him walking Parker down for most of the fight, but probably a points win more likely than a knock out.
