Banks is obviously a good trainer, to be picked by Golovkin for the latter part of his career.

He worked with the great Emmanuel Steward, so he must've picked up pearls of wisdom.

I must say, I don't see any marked improvement in GGG since he's been with Banks, but maybe it's more because Gennady is in the twilight of his great career.
