How many Brits banked their retirement on the first Joshua Ruiz fight?

Looking at expression on peoples faces in Madison Square Garden after Joshua went down I would say that is a large number. What were the odds. Like 10 or 12 to 1?

Why would anyone risk their retirement on a -2500? Such little return.

Some people who post on this site may if they put their money where their mouth is. I have never seen a boxing audience as stunned as that fight.

You got to put $2,500 to make a $100, nobody here did that. Open your eyes and look at the denegerate losers here betting on underdogs. More posters made money on Ruiz than they did AJ that fight.

I didn't think the odds were that high.

Where is here? Why did the majority of the people in attendance look like they were handed a death sentence when Joshua was getting knocked around?

Maybe you should have looked before you posted?

Here, on Boxingscene lol. Dude come on man.

Maybe those people you saw were Brits who traveled over the pond to see their man mash Ruiz?

AJ threw the fight to set up the big money rematch. Because Hearn knew wilder and fury wouldn't fight AJ. All roads lead to AJ.

I think the majority of the Joshua fans were Brits.

William Hill sportsbook in Las Vegas said 90% of the money was on Joshua and the house was a small loser. The odds were not 25 to 1, more like 12 to 1. I did read that some had him 20 to 1 though.

Did your good buddy Redeemer bet on Joshua?
