Comments Thread For: Frank Warren Expects Usyk To Beat Joshua, Backs Fury To Beat Usyk

WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury is moving further and further away from his planned retirement. For the last few days, the undefeated boxer has been calling out countryman Derek Chisora for a trilogy fight. But most observers expect Fury to hang back until the outcome of the upcoming rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua, who collide on August 20 for the IBF, WBA, IBO, WBO heavyweight titles.

Uysk is the betting favourite v Joshua and Fury would be over Usyk and I think Frank and the bookies have it right.

And if AJ beats Usyk I guess Fury will definitely retire for good. Or he will go ahead and make his desired Chisora III happen or rematch Wallin. Lol.

Same guy who urged A.J not to take the Ruiz rematch and said this .

“I'm not going to say or make any predictions about the shape of his body, but he's got fast hands and I believe he's got Joshua's number.

"He's taken Joshua's best shot and he knows he has the punching power to do damage to Anthony Joshua."

Joshuas the only fighter I’ve seen in history after losing has no chance of winning again . The boxing world is once again about to get a full education on prize fighting next week and a few posters on here .

And let’s not forget out friend Fury either .

When asked if he anticipated another knockout, Fury continued: “One million per cent. I thought Ruiz won every round in that fight.

“It wasn’t a fluke punch like Hasim Rahman and Lennox Lewis, and then in the rematch he turned up, didn’t get hit with a punch and knocked him out.

“He clearly lost the rounds. He was getting outboxed, he was getting outfought and then he got knocked down three times, two to boot.

“So I don’t see him really improving, not unless he comes out on his toes and tries to do a Tyson Fury and slip out the way, which he doesn’t have the body type or the boxing ability to do.”

Really posters better be aware of silly motives these guys have in every Joshua fight basically . If you actually bet with the only sensible Fury who’s Peter you’d be on a much more winning predictions .
