Comments Thread For: Prograis on Zepeda: We Share One Of The Same Trainers; We're Southpaws; We Have Big Knockout Power

Regis Prograis can't believe the similarities he shares with Jose Zepeda. Prograis, the former 140-pound titlist from New Orleans, may soon have another long awaited title shot against the Mexican-American contender from La Puente, California.

Love these two guys. No excuses, no A side B side BS. Just boxing, the way it should be.

Better eyes, handspeed, combination-punching, reflexes are all Prograis. But, the power belongs to Zepeda. Both have shown heart, conditioning is an interesting factor, both have faded down the stretch.

I hope Chon wins but if Baranchyk could put him down that many times, he might not get up from Prograis. Zepeda will need to be on his best Defensive game against Prograis to win.
